To delete your PIA account, you need to submit a ticket to the Customer Support team. Make sure to specify the email address you used to create your account. Alternatively, you can contact the team via 24/7 live chat available on the website. 

Your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. To request the deletion of all of your data, you can send an email to dpo@privateinternetaccess.com.

Please note: Customer support will turn off automatic renewals if possible when deleting your account. However, for subscriptions purchased through the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon, you'll need to turn off automatic renewal yourself via the platform, as this can’t be cancelled from within your PIA account.
