In May 2017, we made a number of network changes which included the rotation of IP addresses. This was done to provide additional security, privacy and services to our customers due to our IPs being blocked.
It became apparent that the geotag databases do not accurately reflect the locations of our IPs and as such, sometimes report the wrong location when a reverse lookup is performed.
We are aware of these problems and are working hard to resolve them with the geotag database organisations, however due to the involvement of 3rd parties, we cannot give accurate dates for resolution.
