Can I change my payment method to a different one?

Our billing system is not setup to change your payment method to a different payment source.  If you'd like to change payment types, please follow the procedure below.

  1. Cancel your existing service (you'll still be able to use it until the end of the period you've paid up until; this will just cancel any recurring billing associated with it). To cancel the recurring billing, depending on which method you used to pay for the service please see this article.
  2. Wait until the end of your currently paid period (so you get the most time for your money), and once your existing logins expire, visit and subscribe to the desired package with the new payment method you'd like to use for future payments.
