Due to security concerns we have removed the live chat option for contacting our support team.
Because we understand that this was a feature that our customers liked, we are assessing a number of options that allow live chat in our new Support system. Please be aware that although we do not currently offer live chat options on the support portal, we do offer 24 hour, 7 days a week support.
You will always find Private Internet Access agents working hard to resolve any issues or answer questions you may have.
