Unfortunately, PIA does not provide support for Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. These operating systems are no longer receiving security patches from Microsoft and we can no longer consider them safe for general use. 

If you would still like to use PIA, we recommend using OpenVPN in place of our application. OpenVPN Connect is a free, open-source application designed to implement OpenVPN client connections, including ones made to PIA's servers. You can find our guide on how to set up OpenVPN on Windows here.
