If the application appears transparent, It may be due to transparency settings related to the Windows Taskbar. Please try the following instructions to help resolve the issue.

To disable or enable taskbar, Start Menu, and Action Center transparency in Windows 10:  

Head to Start and click the settings icon

Colors

Scroll down until you see the option labeled Make Start, taskbar, and action center. Check the box to enable or uncheck the box to set the taskbar to a constant color.
