We have identified an issue where the VPN client may not display your VPN IP address while connected within the Android application. Although the IP is not being displayed, the client is still assigning the IP address and the user is protected. Our team is currently working out a solution to get the VPN IP displaying properly again.
If you’re curious about the IP address that is assigned to you, or need the VPN IP address for other purposes, you can use the IP Checker from our website to obtain this information (Ensure to disable MACE or any adblockers to optimize your results when using the ‘What Is My IP’ feature). If you find that you’re not protected while the VPN is enabled and was not assigned an IP address, please reach out to our CS team for assistance with getting things sorted out!
