- Open the app dashboard.
- If you are connected to the VPN, click the power button to disconnect.
- Open Settings by selecting the three horizontal dots (⋯) in the top-right corner or by right-clicking the app icon.
- Go to the Protocols tab.
- Ensure UDP is selected as the default transport type.
- Open the Remote Port dropdown and select a different UDP port.
- If issues continue, switch the transport type to TCP in the Transport dropdown.
- Open the Remote Port dropdown again and select a different TCP port.
- Return to the main dashboard and click the power button to reconnect.
- If needed, repeat the process until a stable connection is established.
