Android- Change Ports

Step 1: Open Application
Open the Android app and tap the menu button in the top left corner
Step 2: Settings
Within the main menu Tap Settings
Step 3: Protocols
Once in the settings menu, locate and select Protocols
Step 4: Remote Port - UDP
Within the Protocols menu, tap Remote Port for Transport UDP. The application is automatically connected to Transport UDP
Step 5: Change Ports - UDP
Within the Remote port Popup window cycle and connect through each port until you find one that works for you.
Step 6: Remote Port - TCP
If you are still having connection issues using UDP ports, switch to TCP by tapping Transport and selecting TCP
Step 7: Change Ports - TCP
Once TCP is selected, tap on Remote Port once again and then Cycle through the list of TCP ports until you find one that works for you
Step 8: Connect
Once you have changed the ports and Connection type, go back to the applications main Menu and try connecting to the VPN again.
