On September 22, we experienced issues on our squid proxies across multiple servers which rendered some of our servers, through our browser extensions, inoperable. Our DevOps team immediately began work on locating and identifying the cause of the issue and it has now been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
