Windows - Uninstalling the PIA Client with the In-App Uninstaller

The quickest way to remove the PIA app from your Windows device is by using its built-in uninstaller.

  1. Open the PIA app and select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  1. Select Settings.

  1. Open the Help tab.

  1. At the bottom of the page, select Uninstall Private Internet Access.

  1. If prompted by User Account Control (UAC), select Yes to allow Windows to continue.

  1. Wait for the uninstallation to complete.

Once the process is finished, the PIA app will be removed from your device.
