Private Internet Access (PIA) provides refunds only if you request them within the first 30 days of the last payment, per the terms of service. Prorated refunds are not available.
Non-Refundable Purchases and Third Parties
Apple App Store (iTunes): Users whose subscriptions are billed as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store do not have access to the PIA 30-day money-back guarantee. Instead, users request refunds through the App Store, which are issued solely at the discretion of Apple Support.
PayGarden and PIA gift cards: PayGarden and PIA gift card purchases are non-refundable.
If you request a refund outside the first 30 days of purchase or payment, PIA is unable to process a refund at this time. You can find more information about the refund policy within the Terms of Service.
