We only provide refunds if requested within the first 30 days of the last payment per our terms of service.  

This does not include iTunes, PayGarden, or PIA gift card purchases. Prorated refunds are not available. iTunes refunds are only available through the Apple App Store. PayGarden and PIA gift card purchases are non-refundable. 

If you are requesting a refund outside the first 30 days of purchase or payment, I am sorry but we are unable to process a refund for you at this time.
