Private Internet Access (PIA) accepts various payment methods subject to automatic renewal according to the subscription terms you choose (e.g., monthly, yearly, etc.).
You may purchase a subscription via our website here, through Google Play on Android, or through the App Store on iOS.
Recurring Payment Methods
Customers interested in recurring subscriptions (automatically drafted payments) can use the following payment options:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
- PayPal.
- Amazon Pay (specific locations only).
- Google Play (through the Android app only).
- Apple/iTunes (through the iOS app only).
Non-Recurring Payment Methods
Customers interested in a one-time purchase can use the following payment options:
- Cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others via Bitpay.
- Digital wallets such as iDEAL and Qiwi (via Paymentwall).
- Gift cards.
- Prepaid Visa or Mastercard.
Non-recurring subscriptions can only renew through a special link sent via email. If you take no action, the account terminates automatically at the end of the 11-day grace period following the due date.
