Below are the steps to find your payment processor-specific ID for each payment method:
Credit Card Order Number
- Log into your PIA account through the Client Control Panel.
- Select See billing history.
- Locate your purchase and note the Order No. listed.
Amazon Transaction ID
- Log in to your Amazon account at https://pay.amazon.com/signin.
- Go to your payment history and locate the payment to Private Internet Access (PIA). It should be listed as "Private Internet Access, Inc."
- Note the Transaction ID listed on this page. It begins with "P01-...."
Bitpay Invoice URL
The Bitpay Invoice URL is the page that appears after you enter your email address. It looks similar to this: https://bitpay.com/invoice?id=MTAzjFaPKDGhsUM1UFXtWr
You can find this in your browser history or in the confirmation email sent after the purchase.
Note: If you no longer have this URL in your browser history or did not receive it after purchase, contact support@bitpay.com directly. They can provide this information to you.
Gift Card
PIA Gift Card: Provide the 16-digit license ID. It looks similar to "1234-5678-9012-3456."
Paygarden Gift Card: Provide the confirmation code for the payment (e.g., Macy's or Walmart). It contains 9 letters or numbers and looks similar to "ABC-1DE-F2G."
Google Order Number
- Log in to your Google Payments account at https://payments.google.com/payments/home
- In the Activity tab, locate the payment to PIA. It should be listed as “Private Internet Access, Inc.”
- Select it to open transaction details.
- Find the TRANSACTION ID. It will be in a similar format to one of these: 12999763169054705758.################ or GPA.####-####-####-#####
PayPal Transaction ID
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Select the Activity.
- Search for “Private Internet Access, Inc.” or “Private Internet Access.”
- Select the payment. The Transaction ID is on the left side of the page.
Alternatively, you should have also received a receipt that contains the Transaction ID from PayPal via the email address on your PayPal account.
