Within the Client Control Panel users have the option to change the method of payment on file to one of the following: Stripe (Credit Card) or PayPal. (Note: You Must have Auto Renewal enabled in order to change or update your Billing Information.)
If you would like to change your payment method, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Log into the CCP
Log in to the client control panel here, using your account username (p1234567) and password.
Step 2: Update Payment Method
Once you have logged into the CCP Select “Update payment details” located under your account information
Reminder: Please ensure that you have your accounts Auto Renewal enabled in order to change or update your Billing Information.
Step 3: Select New Payment Method
After selecting to update the Payment method, select a new payment method: Credit Card or PayPal and fill in the necessary Billing information.
Step 4: Complete Update
Once completed, select, “Update payment details”. The system will then update your subscription payment method and will then provide you with a pop-up confirmation message.
A warning message will appear informing you that your payment method has been updated. For potential fraud prevention, the ability to update payment information will be suspended for several days.
