Yes! Private Internet Access is compatible with OpenVPN 2.2.x and 2.3.x. While PIA is compatible with 2.2.x and 2.3.x we do recommend using the latest version of OpenVPN instead. We currently offer OpenVPN 2.4.7 in our set-ups, and you can download it from here.
