Usernames
The system does not permit changes to usernames.
Private Internet Access (PIA) account usernames consist of a lowercase “p” followed by seven digits and remain fixed for the duration of the account.
Passwords
You can create or update your password for your username through the Client Control Panel under the Accounts section on the website.
