If the issue is DNS-related, you can resolve it by setting static DNS servers on your network adapter.
Set your DNS servers to a public DNS provider, such as PIA DNS (Private Internet Access DNS). You can find the DNS details in Using PIA DNS in Custom Configurations.
After you update your DNS settings, you should be able to browse normally again.
