On desktop and mobile, you can log into the Private Internet Access (PIA) application by requesting a link via your email. With this option, you'll receive an email with a link to automatically sign you into your account.
Please note that the email links can only be used with Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari.
To use this login option:
- On the sign-in screen, select Log in with Email.
- Enter your email address and click on the Send Email button.
- A message will appear to confirm that an email has been sent.
- Check your inbox for an email from PIA. Clicking on the link will open the PIA app, if it is not already open, and will log you into the app.
Important: The link will only be valid for 24 hours and will only work one time. Attempting to use a link outside of the 24-hour period will result in a "Sign-in link expired" message," and you'll need to request a new link.
If you did not receive the email, please ensure you have entered the email address correctly with no typos in step 2. You can also check your spam folder in case the email arrived there.
