Can I Resume My Recurring Payments If I Have Cancelled the Auto-Renewal?

You can currently reinstate the auto-renewal of your subscription if you have one of the following subscription types:

• Credit card
• Amazon
• PayPal

How to Resume Recurring Payments

If you have one of the subscription types above, follow these steps to re-enable the auto-renewal.

1. Log into the Client Control Panel.
2. In Subscription Overview, select the Turn on auto-renewal button below the subscription information section.

To resume service, you’ll need to purchase a new subscription via our order page.
