If you previously had an account and wish to continue using Private Internet Access (PIA) services, you can reactivate your terminated account within the Client Control Panel (CCP) on the My Account page.
To reactivate your account, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to your CCP
Login into your CCP using your terminated accounts username **(i.e., p1234567) ** and password.
Note: If you do not know your password or username, you can reset your accounts password here. You can also contact the support team by submitting a ticket for assistance.
Step 2: Select Subscription
Once you log into your CCP, the top of the screen displays membership subscription options for monthly, yearly, and 6-month terms. Any current promotions also appear here. Select your desired subscription term and an available payment method.
Note: Terminated accounts cannot be reactivated with gift cards or third-party offers. All available payment methods are subscription-based. Your account renews automatically at the end of every billing cycle using the payment method on file. There are exceptions for specific payment methods. Once you purchase your selected subscription term, your account reactivates. You can now download or log into the PIA app on your devices.
