How to Change Your PIA Email Address
When you purchase a Private Internet Access (PIA) account, you must provide an email address. PIA uses this email address to send account and billing information.
If you entered an incorrect email address or lost access to your email account, you can update it in the Client Control Panel under the My Account page.
- Log in to the Client Control Panel using your account username and password.
- Choose Account Settings and select Update next to Email address.
- Enter your password and the new email address you want to use. Enter the new email again in the Confirm email address field and select Submit.
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen.
